A ministry group for our youngest disciples and their families. Through the year, Explorers will discover God’s stories, create faithful friendships, and venture forth into God’s creation.
Three times each season, the Explorers gather (usually) from 11:30am-1:30pm for lunch, unstructured play for kids, fellowship for parents, and some kind of faith formation in people’s homes.

Small Groups

Small groups make a return this October! Stay after church for a four-week series of Bible study and interactive faith formation. The Explorers small group will be based around Worship Exploration. There will be a parallel class for children’s ministry parents, as well as classes other groups for adults, youth, and older children.
Day of Service (9/28, 11am)
After lunch on the lawn, the congregation will serve Backpack Beginnings (starting at 1pm). Our biggest service event of the year!
Trunk or Treat (10/19, 4:30pm)
Come in costume for our huge, annual Trunk or Treat! Trunks with candy meets dozens of fun games and activities, led by youth!
Advent Workshop (12/7, 11am)
Prepare to welcome Jesus with intergenerational activities and faith formation for all ages.
Children’s Choir (12/14, 10am)
Our KidsMin choir will lead in worship during Sounds of the Season worship! No experience necessary. Rehearsal dates: 11/2, 11/19, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7
Instant Christmas Pageant (12/24, 4pm)
Grab a costume and be a part of the Christmas Story – no rehearsal necessary!
