Faith Formation– builds sustainable models of children and youth ministries that involve shared leadership among youth and adults. This committee plans and organizes fellowship and mission opportunities that nurture discipleship.

Finance– oversees all the church’s financial, generosity, and investment activities. This committee works closely with the church treasurer, Don McIver, and the staff bookkeeper.

Mission– initiates, communicates, supports, and plans service and outreach projects and opportunities to address hunger, housing, homelessness, and other needs in the community

Personnel– develops and provides, in close collaboration with the Pastor oversight of personnel policies, procedures, and practices which enable Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church to recruit, retain, and motivate employees in a supportive work environment.

Property– provides for the use, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of church buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Worship– provides for Christian worship that will offer spiritual meaning, comfort, hospitality, and a sense of community in accordance with the Reformed Tradition and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This committee also works with volunteers to support worship, ushers, communion preparation, and liturgical needs.
